AMBULANCE CLUB INFORMATION
Your Ambulance Club membership is an insurance policy for you and the members of your household, and is open to all residents of Greencastle and Antrim Township. In the events you require ambulance service, our billing company sends an invoice for services to your insurance provider. As a club member, any fee above that covered by insurance is waived.
The monies received from the Club also help to fund new equipment, offer continuing education opportunities to our volunteers, and continue to provide professional service to our community.
Cost for Ambulance Club household membership for 2011 remains $30.00. We can keep these fees at the current level as long as community interest and participation remains strong.
Business and Organization memberships are structured a little differently. Cost starts at $100.00 for up to fifty (50) employees or members. For more that fifty participants, contact the number listed below for rates.
Business: On the application, list a contact who can verify the person transported is an employee. This membership only covers the individual while they are at work.
Organization: This membership is only valid if the person is picked up at the organization. -
