Membership in the Rescue Hose Company Ambulance Club is open to ANY resident, business or organization in Greencastle or Antrim Township. Forms are available and must be completed and updated regularly- including the names of your household members. The money received from the Club allows us to offer you a member bonus while helping to fund new equipment, providing continuing education for our volunteers, and provide the best service possible to our community.

 

Memberships run from JANUARY 1 to DECEMBER 31 EACH YEAR.

 

When you use the agency's ambulance, your insurance company will receive an invoice from our billing company BUT as a Club member, you are not responsible for any amount not covered by insurance.

Over the past several years, an increased trend in calls to check out the condition of individuals to determine if transport to a care facility is needed has developed. While we do not want to discourage anyone from calling 911 for service, we now generate an incident and bill for this response.

 

Cost for a one-year (January through December) SINGLE membership is $45.00, HOUSEHOLD (2-6) membership is $65.00, and HOUSEHOLD (more than 6) coverage is $75.00 for 2023- a small price to limit your costs in an emergency. .

Annual BUSINESS and ORGANIZATION Club memberships are based on the number of people in your group. When applying, list a contact person to be used to verify that the individual that used the service is an employee or member of the organization. THIS membership ONLY covers the person if they are picked up at YOUR FACILITY/ORGANIZATION.

Up to 200 members/employees: $200.00

201 to 500 members/employees: $400.00

501 to 1000 members/employees: $600.00

Over 1000 members/employees: $750.00
