SUPPORTING MAYOR'S WALK

EARLY MORNING ROLL-OVER
09/01/2026- 0201 hours: Squad 3, Car 3 and Ambulance 3-9 to 3450 Buchanan Trail West for a vehicle accident with rollover. Arriving to a single auto on its roof in the roadway- all occupants out- crews mitigated hazards and set-up traffic control while EMS transported one. MULTIPLE CRASHES TO END THE MONTH
08/30/2026- 2105 hours: RHC and Company 9 ambulance responded to the 3100 block of Hill Road for a single vehicle accident- auto into a utility pole. Fire Police secured the travel lanes while Squad 3 and Engine 3-2's team worked with EMS to package two patients- one transported by LifeNet 8-1 to Hershey and the other to Meritus Medical Center- and mitigated hazards before returning to service in one hour. 08/27/2026- 1948 hours: Crews alerted to the 8000 block of Browns M

VEHICLE INTO A HOUSE
08/11/2026- 2338 hours: Alerted for a personal injury collision reported with entrapment- vehicle into a house- crews responded to the 300 block of West Baltimore Street and arrived to the roadway blocked, heavy damage to the residence and identified occupants for EMS. With law enforcement assistance, the driver and residents were checked, hazards addressed and the building cleared. NATIONAL NIGHT OUT

THANKS FOR COMING
08/01/2026-1600 hours: The Annual RHC Picnic was held tonight with another good turnout of members and guests, great food and music. Fireworks capped off the evening and a crew from Long Meadow allowed responders to enjoy the event. HAPPY 250 AMERICA!
07/31/2026- 1800 hours: Good weather and a great turnout capped by fireworks at the America 250 event held at the Antrim Township Park on Grant Shook Road this evening. THANKS to Long Meadow, Mercersburg and Maugansville for helping our crews to ensure the event went off safely. Appreciate all those that stopped by our display. ROLLING THROUGH ANTRIM
07/30/2026- 2219 hours: Crews from Company 3 and Washington County 13 responded to Interstate 81 northbound at mile marker 3.5 for a vehicle accident possible entrapment. First arriving units assisted the uninjured operator from the overturned semi, managed a fluid leak and cleared. Fire Police remained to assist Pennsylvania State Police. 07/30/2026- 1317 hours: RHC to the 3400 block of Buchanan Trail West for an auto accident with roll-over, and arrived to a single vehicle

HAY BALES and a CRASH
07/25/2026- 2036 hours: RHC responded to 985 Buchanan Trail East for a hay bale on fire- arriving to approximately 20 bales- both square and rolls- either on fire or threatened. Additional units were requested for water supply and staffing, and the occupant assisted by using equipment to separate the burning material. TOWNSHIP BUILDING FIRE
07/13/2026- 0403 hours: Box 3-18A alerted for a farm building on fire at 7623 Valley View Lane, Antrim Township. Crews arrived to fire throughout the storage shed, working suppression and overhaul for about three hours before clearing.

ANTRIM WAY MVAs
07/11/2026- 0958 hours: Company 3 alerted for a personal injury collision at intersection of South Antrim Way and West Franklin Street. Arriving to two vehicles in the Antrim Way travel lanes, Squad crew removed the passenger door to allow occupant access then assisted EMS with packaging for transport to Meritus Medical Center. 07/06/2026- 1321 hours: Unit responded to Interstate 81 southbound at mile marker .5 for a vehicle accident reported as several tractor-trailers and an auto. Crews arrived to a single semi and and SUV blocking the passing lane, established traffic control and assisted EMS with patient movement. NORTH and SOUTH- INTERSTATE TRAVELS
07/03/2026- 0714 hours: Company 3 and 8 responded for an auto accident on northbound Interstate 81 at mile marker 5. Crews arrived to a single vehicle in the median after striking the cable barrier, all occupants out and refusing any services. NOTICE TO TRAVELERS
07/10/2026: Sidewalk Sales Days kicked off this morning, with several downtown streets closed. These include West Baltimore east from Antrim Way, East Baltimore east to Washington, North Carlisle south at Truist Bank and South Carlisle from Franklin Street to the Square.
