This comprehensive course from the Health & Safety Institute (HSI) prepares you to respond confidently when it matters most, whether at home, at work, or out in the community.

Through a blend of engaging instruction and hands-on skills practice, participants will learn to:

• Recognize and respond to cardiac arrest in adults, children, and infants, including high-quality CPR techniques for each age group

• Safely and effectively use an automated external defibrillator (AED)
