05/10/2025- 2232 hours: Company 3 and 8 to Interstate 81 southbound at mile marker 5.5 for a personal injury collision, with Communications updating information enroute to include fire in one of the vehicles. Passers-by used portable extinguishers to extinguish the engine compartment fire with crews accessing and wetting down the area. EMS transported one occupant from the four vehicle incident and the roadway was cleared at 0017 hours.
05/05/2025- 0631 hours: Squad 3 requested to assist Greencastle Police with a vehicle in the building at 147 North Antrim Way, Athlete's Edge. Personnel found no hazards, no other services required and cleared.
05/03/2025- 0944 hours: Units from Company 3 and Washington County responded to Interstate 81 southbound at mile marker 4 for a vehicle accident- tractor-trailer overturned, arriving to a semi across all travel lanes and shoulders. EMS transported the self-extricated operator and Fire Police from multiple agencies established detours until one lane could be re-opened. Apparatus went in service around 1200 hours, with Fire Police remaining until relieved by PennDOT crews at 1445 hours. The lane restriction remained in place for several more hours for recovery of the truck/trailer.
05/01/2025- 2221 hours: Box 3-13A alerted for fire on the back deck of a multi-family dwelling at 1422 Milnor Road West. With the resident reporting fire out on arrival, crews confirmed and checked for extension before clearing in about thirty minutes.
