01/30/2026- 2354 hours: Engine 3-2 and Engine Tanker 3 assisted Company 8 (Marion) with a fire reported in a mobile home at 180 Kennedy Street, Guilford Township. Crews arrived to a fully involved RV and staged until the assignment was scaled back.
01/24-26/2026: Cold temperatures, snow, winds and general Winter weather nastiness hit our area- making for a long few days for responders. RHC was activated as a warming center due to concern for power outages, loss of heat and high winds associated with Fern. Units were upstaffed and our municipalities stepped up- as they always do- and ensured we could get to every call.
01/22/2026- 2213 hours: Company 3, Washington County Engine 13-2 and Quint 27 investigated an odor inside the residence at 2445 Hoffman Road and located a malfunctioning HVAC unit in the attic. With no extension or additional hazards located, the unit was secured and crews cleared.
01/22/2026- 1536 hours: Crews responded to TA Travel Center, 10835 John Wayne Drive for a carbon monoxide alarm sounding in the restaurant storage room. Personnel entered and metered the building with no issues found, EMS confirmed no occupants requesting transport and units cleared in twenty minutes.
