May 4th- among many other items of interest- is INTERNATIONAL FIREFIGHTERS DAY. This is a chance to say THANK YOU for all you do to keep our communities safe. Born out of a tragic loss of wildfire firefighters,

it is a way to honor their lives while identifying the sacrifice firefighters are willing to make on a daily basis. This gratitude extends to those who have served, those currently serving and those working to serve in the future.
