SMOKE, ODORS, FIRE AND A CRASH

11/27/2023- 1502 hours: Company 3 responded for an odor of smoke in the building at 18501 Maugans Avenue, Subway. Crews located a failed HVAC belt and Engine 3-2 returned to service shortly after arrival.

11/28/2023- 1531 hours: RHC to the area of 12452 Grant Shook Road for a personal injury collision with rollover, arriving to one auto on its roof and the operator self-extricated. Crews checked hazards and assisted EMS with patient movement before turning the scene over to Pennsylvania State Police and Fire Police.

11/29/2023- 1804 hours: Units responded for an inside investigation at 23 North Jefferson Street and cleared in about twenty minutes after being unable to locate any hazards.

11/29/2023- 1923 hours: Squad 3 to assist Company 2 with fire in a dwelling- 463 Frick Avenue, Waynesboro. Crew worked several assignments including utility control, fire suppression, and overhaul before returning to service in ninety minutes.
