As part of their Operator Training Academy, Hagerstown Fire Department brought their tractor-drawn aerial north to familiarize participants with areas to which they respond. After visiting Mercersburg, crews headed to the Ebberts Spring Court and Antrim Commons area to become familiar with and review access to the facilities located there.
