07/21/2023: Following a long process (blame it on the supply chain), Car 3 returned to the station from being fitted with equipment, lights and graphics. Thanks to the Apparatus Planning Committee- Fire, Whitmoyer Ford, Front Line Mobile Tech and all those that have provided input and support. A few more boxes to check before officially coming off the "out-of-service" roster, look for it in the first due area.
