PASSING OF RAY W. MOWEN SR.

11/22/2025: We learned of the passing earlier today (0143 hours) of long-time member Ray W. Mowen, Sr. He held many positions at RHC during his long tenure, including: Vice-President, Engineer, Recording Secretary, President, Trustee, Parliamentarian, and Apparatus Operator. Probably best known as our Historian, his vision, willingness to research, dig through and catalog department history allowed us to build the Museum that bears his name. When equipment was updated or replaced, "Check with Ray" was the known standard before anything was discarded.
