PEDESTRIAN STRUCK, BRUSH and MOWER FIRE

04/17/2026- 1207 hours: Box 3-09 alerted for a lawn tractor on fire- impinging on a house at 11208 Worleytown Road. Crews extinguished the fully-involved tractor while checking for extension in the near-by garage. Finding no additional hazards, the assignment was reduced and the scene cleared quickly.

04/13/2026- 2007 hours: Brush 3, Engine 3-1 and Engine Tanker 3 to the area of 11435 Fort Stouffer Road for brush, arriving to flames along the CSX rail right-of-way extending to an adjacent field. Personnel quickly contained the fire, working mop-up and wet down of the area- clearing in about sixty minutes.

04/13/2026- 1214 hours: Company 3, Medic 23-31 and Washington County Medic 75-9 responded to Antrim Commons Drive at Ebberts Spring Court for a pedestrian with multiple victims. Crews secured the scene and assisted EMS with packaging with two transported to Meritus Medical Center. When emergency vehicles cleared, the scene was turned over to Pennsylvania State Police.
