01/31/2023- 1402 hours: Company 3 alerted to the intersection of Hykes and Greenmount Roads for wires down. During response, Communications reported a low hanging wire in the area as a result of a property damage accident with crews arriving to a severed utility pole blocking the roadway in front of 1080 Hykes Road with energized wires. Scene was secured, traffic diversion established and pole identification relayed for notification. Due to the extended closure, Antrim Township was contacted and delivered barriers to the scene- allowing responders to return to service
